CHRISTO-LUBE® fully fluorinated lubricants are compatible with both liquid and gaseous oxygen (LOX/GOX) and exhibit unsurpassed lubricity even in the coldest environments. A little CHRISTO-LUBE® goes a long way and therefore we recommend to use sparingly.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111

Meets the specification requirements and has been qualified under Military Specification MIL-PRF-27617F, Types I, II and III. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 is a chemically inert, oxygen compatible, wide operating temperature range perfluoropolyether grease which was developed for use in systems where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels and solvents is an important factor. Uses for CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 include all types of life support systems, including open and closed circuit diving systems, aviation oxygen, hyperbaric chambers and medical gas regulators. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114

Meets the specification requirements and has been qualified under Military Specification MIL-PRF-27617F Types I. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114 is a chemically inert, oxygen compatible perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease lubricant. Characteristics of CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114 are similar to those of CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 but with a more limited operating temperature range. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116

Meets the specification requirements and has been qualified under Military Specification MIL-PRF-27617 Type III. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116 is a chemically inert, oxygen compatible perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease which resists attack from harsh chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. Please refer to technical data sheet for typical performance properties.

Safety built in – CHRISTO-LUBE® oxygen compatible lubricants are chemically as well as biologically inert, non-toxic, non-flammable and have no fire or flash point which results in them being the safest lubricants for use in oxygenated environments.

Plastic / Elastomer Compatibility – CHRISTO-LUBE® oxygen compatible greases and oils have excellent compatibility with plastics and elastomers and have minimal effect on weight, volume, elongation and tensile properties. Food Grade – The majority of the CHRISTO-LUBE® lubricants offered into the diving industry have been submitted to the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) and approved as an H-1 lubricant. This certifies that the lubricants are accepted for use in or around food processing areas with potential for incidental food contact. The NSF Nonfood Compounds Registration Program is a continuation of the USDA product approval and listing program, which is based on meeting regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR.

• CHRISTO-LUBE® oxygen compatible lubricants are fully fluorinated and therefore not soluble in conventional solvents. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1051 is an effective solvent to remove CHRISTO-LUBE® oxygen compatible lubricants from many substrates. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1051 is compatible with common metals, elastomers and plastics found in SCUBA equipment.
