CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 109 is a wide temperature range, perfluoropolyether grease for use in extreme environments.  NLGI #2 grease with superb load wear properties.

It is suited for use in systems where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is mandatory and in vacuum systems where pressures may be as low as 10^-12 Torr.  Superb out-gassing properties, excellent for use inside of Semiconductor Fabs.

Although CHRISTO-LUBE® is very inert, like Krytox™ and Fomblin™, newly exposed surfaces (non oxidized) of aluminum and magnesium [or other Lewis acids] may act as a catalyst for decomposition with PFPE's under extreme temperatures.
