Precision Lubrication, whether from copy machine rollers to semiconductor operations to space flight, there are few lubricants that can meet the demands of these highly specialized applications.
Lubrication Technology, Inc. (LTI) manufactures high-technology synthetic grease lubricants based on fluorinated polysiloxanes, perfluoropolyethers, esters, polyalphaolefins and synthetic hydrocarbon cooligimers under the trade name CHRISTO-LUBE ®.
Christo-Lube ® and ExaFlon ® products have proven effective at temperatures as low as -140°F and as high as 550°F. They find use in Aerospace, Semiconductor, food processing, industrial gas and medical applications, all types of life support systems, including open and closed circuit diving, aviation oxygen, hyperbaric chambers and medical gas regulators. Other uses include instrumentation, pneumatic cylinders and electrical contacts and switches.
Christo-Lube ® MCG 111 is qualified to MIL-PRF-27617F, Types I, II, and III. It is a chemically inert, oxygen compatible, perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease lubricant. It has an operating temperature range of -100° F to 450°F. Christo-Lube ® lubricants are free of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and other ozone depletion compounds (ODCs).
Also, when it is time to prepare a surface for lube or to remove and re-lube, the 3M Novec™ and Branson product lines are terrific for such needs.
