KEY MANAGER BACKGROUND  

AMS Materials, LLC is a privately owned Florida Company.  Key members of AMS are Scott and Gina Shaffer.  Gina Shaffer (BFA), the senior partner, has over 20 years of senior management experience in specialty printing and customer care and handles the operations of AMS.

Scott  handles sales and marketing for AMS.  He has over 30 years industrial experience in global technical marketing, business / product development and strategy deployment of specialty chemicals, gases and polymers and business management of specialty chemicals.  Particular focus has been on fluorinated specialties.  Scott functioned in key senior positions for Ausimont, PCR and Lancaster Synthesis (BTP).  

Scott’s background includes an MBA from a top 10 US business school and a Chemical Engineering undergraduate degree from Pitt.  He possesses a high level of energy, strategic and commercial orientation as well as a global view, forged from working with two foreign-based companies in Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Polymer additives and other, high growth and value added markets.  Co-inventor of US Patents # 5,892,086 and 5,914,420.
