This results in superior removal of both soluble and insoluble soils, thus ensuring that your optical components are completely free of soils prior to vacuum deposition coating

DURABLE, UNIQUE DESIGN
Stainless steel construction is used throughout including the base structural frame. These systems are resistant to corrosive environments and process chemistry, and are compatible with clean room environments. Polished work surfaces are recessed to contain and divert process liquids back into their respective tank.

 Process tanks are mounted without seals or gaskets, but are mechanically designed to eliminate liquid from entering support equipment and user-accessible areas. Stainless steel drip pans are standard and are integral within the base structural frame.
 

FULLY AUTOMATED

Branson PLC controlled TDR automation is provided to automatically process Optical components through the Benchmark Cleaning System in order to provide consistent cleaning results and process control. With multiple program process capabilities, the TDR automation software allows different recipes to operatea the same time; ensuring flexible, repeatable, and consistent results.

THE PROCESS

Ultrasonic Cleaning: Ultrasonic cleaning modules, complete with Series 8500 and S8500HF advanced power supplies, digital controlled heat, pump and high purity filter systems for particulate soil removal. Process cleaning tanks designed for use with alkaline, acidic, and neutral chemistry use depending on process required and substrate type. Dual (2) ultrasonic cleaning tanks are usually provided for flexibility.
